Job Description
INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Catering Project Manager who will be responsible in overseeing the planning, execution, and management of catering projects across various sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the end-to-end management of catering projects, including planning, execution and delivery.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Monitor food safety and hygiene compliance across all project sites.
* Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
* Train and mentor project team members to maintain high performance.
* Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
* Supervise catering staff, ensuring high service standard.
* Provide regular financial and operational reports management.
* Coordinate with procurement to source quality materials and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS;
* Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
* 5+ years of experience in catering or facility management with atleast two years in a managerial role.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
